Candace Brooke Watermeyer

Stress Management Coach & EFT Practitioner,  accredited by ICF & EFT International. 


Candace is a stress management and resilience coach specialising in workplace wellbeing and career-related challenges.


Certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and accredited by EFT International (EFTi), she combines professional coaching with Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) to help people reduce stress, restore balance, and perform sustainably.


With a background in corporate communications and PR, Candace understands the realities of high-pressure environments and the toll they can take on individuals and teams.


She also brings lived experience of navigating resilience in demanding circumstances, giving her work both empathy and insight. Over the past five years, she has supported professionals and leaders to re-pattern their stress responses, build resilience, regain confidence, and navigate their careers with clarity and purpose.

Jo-Anne Watermeyer, MBA

Leadership Development Coach & Strategic HR Expert, fellow of CIPD and accredited by ILM

 

Jo-Anne is a leadership and development coach with an MBA and over 40 years’ international experience in human resources and organisational strategy.


A DISC-accredited practitioner and member of the EMCC, she specialises in helping leaders and teams align people, performance, and purpose.

Her career has spanned global HR leadership, university lecturing in Strategic HR, and consulting on leadership and development initiatives.


At Luminate, Jo-Anne designs and delivers our leadership programmes, tailoring each to client objectives and drawing on evidence-based frameworks.


Known for her pragmatic, results-driven style — and her genuine care for the people she coaches — she helps leaders grow with confidence while building resilient, high-performing teams.
