Why Measure Resilience?

Together, these strands provide a whole-system picture of both personal resilience and organisational health.

How It Works

  • Baseline – Participants complete the RII before starting a programme, establishing a clear starting point
  • Midpoint – Optional check-in survey shows progress during the programme.
  • Endpoint – Final RII survey measures overall change.
  • Follow-up – Organisations can opt for a 6–24 month follow-up to track sustained impact.

For Participants

  • Receive a confidential personal report, highlighting strengths and areas for growth.
  • Use results to focus coaching sessions and track progress over time.
  • Data is private: only the participant sees their individual results.
