Renew is a 12-month integrated journey, combining Reset (resilience) and Rise (leadership) coaching. 


Participants begin with a series of RII and DISC assessments to establish their baseline, then move through two six-month phases — first retraining stress and resilience patterns, then strengthening leadership confidence and influence. Each phase is personalised, evidence-based, and fully online.


For employers, it also offers the option of a 12-month payment plan — spreading investment evenly across the year for simpler budgeting and consistent development momentum.
